“It was a nightmare registering in because there is no one there to admit you to the hotel. There is no phone number even on the website. We arrived at the entrance, unlit, during the night. You see, I got an email from the hotel confirming our stay written in the email headline. So, I never bothered to read the email. It was a mistake but this is a natural response. “The owners Miku-san and Kota-San did a fantastic job building and furnishing the glamping villas. Truly a luxurious experience and fully decked out with unique one of a kind furniture pieces from travels. It's close to the airport (even get shuttle before pandemic ) It's better to choose premium room in the renovated block instead of the standard room.

"Great location
- Exit 15 from Sapporo JR station, it is around 15 min walking underground path but mostly accessible with luggage. If it is snowing outside you don't have to worry about moving the luggage in the snow!
Staff very helpful
Room is similar size as Tokyo hotel room( a little bigger)
There is small table with chair you can use your laptop tablet on but opening out luggage for packing will be a bit cramped, maybe because my single bed room is at the corner of the building is the reason. The room is quiet even it is facing a road and a gas station across the street. TV is modern and the WiFi (glad they have WiFi 6) is fast.
Parking is next door
Multi-floor parking that belongs to nearby building but it will charge 1500 yen overnight, remember get the hotel counter to get discount for your parking everyday before you drive out , they will stamp your parking ticket to reduce 500 yen charge.
The breakfast serve in the 2/F cafe. The public bath and laundry machine at 2/F. The bath is great for relaxing after a day of work.
Will come again next time when visiting Sapporo
