“We stayed at the property as a group of 18 for two nights and the facilities were fantastic. Comfortable rooms and sofa beds with all amenities we needed, and lovely warm pool and hot tub. Communication ahead of time was prompt and helpful, and check-in was super easy. The property manager was very responsive to one minor issue we happened to have with the oven. The area was very peaceful and beautiful and an easy bus ride into Bath. Thank you!”

“Grandby Cottage was charming, the main house magnificant and the grounds were beautiful. The wisteria was in full bloom. I felt like I was taken back in time, expecting a carriage to pull up at any moment.Amanda is a great host and answered all our questions. Our itinerary the day after we arrived was:Day 1 -- Bath. We did the free walking tour (fantastic) and toured the Roman baths.Day 2 -- Stonehenge (We walked instead of taking the bus, which was so much better.) Avebury (one pub in town)……

“The property is beautifully designed. It is compact but well planned out and very tasteful. Everything you need is there. The breakfast basket is delightful! The cottage is attractive and in a lovely location. It is so easy to just walk across the road for dinner. We loved it!!”

“Chris’ place is just outside New Forest and is clean and well-kept, with everything you need for a short stay, with the added bonus of its own spa! For two new parents, that was a massive plus. Chris was very welcoming, left us to our own devices and was always on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the forest”

“We booked the property at quite short notice due to the cancellation of another trip. The property was well presented and is spacious. It is also very well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Bath city and for using the train station to explore adjacent areas. Widcombe high street has a lovely range of shops and cafes/bars.In terms of niggling issues, we found that the spotlights in the kitchen turned themselves on and off, the kitchen clock is broken, the dishwasher does not clean……
