“This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. ”

He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. “Quaint apartment, with enough amenities for a great six day stay! The parking is a little tough, but the location and views are fabulous. The pellet stove needs to have directions for the renter when it is cooler weather. I would definitely say again. Francesco was great and helped me with a lot of questions!:)”

“Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. “We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast!
