“I found the hotel even better then I expected. The woman at the reception was very helpful and friendly! A real compliment for her and I found her also very professional. The thing of her was that offcourse it is a hotel but gave a feeling like I were coming there for years already. The food in the restaurant and the breakfast was as well very good so no ant complain from me. What I also found nice was that they had a good place for my bike. ”

“+ Prostorné pokoje, hodně ramínek, bohatá snídaně, dobré pivo otevřeno až do 24 nebo 22.h, prostorná kolárna na zámek - Špatně zvukově izolované stěny pokojů, vše od sousedů je slyšet přes zeď, Snídaně jen do 9:30, večeře jen do 19:30, vyzvedbutí kol z kolárny na zvonek do kuchyně, není vždy perosnál nadšen...”

“I book a room and they upgraded me to an apartment. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good but simple. Everything is great except for the free wifi. We asked the reception for the free wifi to use and she gave us one. When we went back to our room on the first floor, there is already no signal. And reception will be off from 9pm till the next morning. Will recommend it to others.”

“服務態度不好，暖氣壞掉去跟櫃檯很難溝通。然後就算派人來確認，也故意不說英文，也沒有把暖氣修好，默默就開門離開，留下錯愕的我們，沒暖氣害我老婆冷到感冒。誇張的還有熱水瓶竟然有水，表示沒有認真清潔。整體不推薦亞洲人來這間飯店！”
