They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly. This is a really lovely hotel, quiet and great to get away from the busy hustle bustle of Tokyo. “We loved how spacious this property was for us. (Family of 4 who are pretty all on the taller side). The place felt like home right away. The elevator was quick and efficient, we felt safe and private. The place had a beautiful source of sunlight and illuminated our place with nice vibes. At night we heard the fire station a few times but it wasn’t that bad. And only other con is that the address provided is difficult to find for taxi drivers. There is no sign that says hotel re:once……

“スタッフは若い男女でさわやか。 室内で飲食出来ない（蓋付きのペットボトルは良い）から汚れようがないのは上手。 飲食は共同スペースでレンジも使えます。夜中も使えます。 カードキーをエレベーターかざして部屋階まで行く。 シャワーは部屋には無いけど共同スペースにあって空いていたら使えるけどほぼ空いている。 夜はカギが無いと建物にすら入られない。 夜コンサートから帰った息子はチェックイン時に居なかったから外に迎えに行って入室。 共同スペースで500円の英会話教室とかやってる関係か外国の方が多い。 か、外国の方がホステル好きなのかも。 僕はまた使いたいと思ってます。 めちゃくちゃお勧めってわけじゃないけど減点が見つからないので満点。 武蔵小金井駅から徒歩3分だからなんでもあるし、駐車場も1日1000〜2000円のがたくさんあります。 強いて言えば外国のホテルのように冷房ガンガンです。（キンキンに冷やすのがおもてなし？みたいな、、、）自分で設定温度変えられないけど、フロントまで行って、言えば上げてくれました。 以上。”
