“It isn't really a hotel, more of a homestay in an apartment in a residential complex. You need to find your way to level 4 of the East tower to check in and get your keys. The room was clean and modern, but only provided disposable towels. No coffee provided. The view from the balcony was pretty decent. The complex itself was quite run down. It's in an interesting area, right on the river, near the Raffles complex.”
