“Really enjoyed our stay at Leo’s during our recent trip to Liverpool. The house is well looked after and had everything we needed with a big kitchen and dining area, quality space, great garden and a big park across the road for outdoor space, and a games room downstairs which we used for the evening.
Local shops and other supermarkets nearby made everything very easy and Leo was very helpful and attentive so we were made to feel comfortable throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone……

“Can highly recommend this property. Great location, particularly for the football but easy access into town. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Host was great at responding quickly with any questions and extremely helpful. Plenty of parking but good public transport as well. Would definitley come back.”

“Property well located for access to Anfield and Goodison. Guaranteed street parking on match day is nice (well, permit). It is multilevel so be aware of that (and the stairs were a bit steep for my 80 yr old mom ,but she managed). Only thing we would have liked flto see different was the heat to be turned on the day we were arriving since the house was quite cold and took til the morning to warm up (we arrived at night). But would recommend to friends.”

“A great house for a large family group. The listing needs correcting because there are four bedrooms (not three) - two kings (correctly described), one queen and one queen with a single above in a bunk arrangement (not two singles). A photo of the fourth bedroom would be helpful in the listing. The cleaning needs some improvement although our first impressions were that it was clean we then found a vape under the sofa cushion, and when retrieving a child's toy we moved the sofa and discovered……

"A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement.
Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby Eccles Shopping Centre is being redeveloped, so it can get quiet at night. Large supermarket just opposite to the hotel. The Eccles town centre and train/tram station in around 5 minutes."

"This is my second stay at the same location, despite with a different brand. The location is very near the city centre, which gives you easy access to different spots around. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. It has been a comfortable stay."
