“Excellent location close to beach and next to good restaurants and coffee places. The historic house is renovated well and the chairs outside are in excellent state. Cleaning is done every day. We enjoyed breakfast at Echinousa and Raventi. We loved the island Kimolos very much. We got around well with the bus. Walking to Chora only takes 10min. There is even a great open air cinema on different places approx 2x week. We enjoyed watching the movies very much. ”

It was perfectly located on the island -- a few minutes walk right into town for dinner when we wanted to stay close, and centrally located in the island so that no drive was too far, regardless of which beach we set out to explore. The property itself is stunning. Clearly so much love and care has gone into the house and we immediately felt comfortable. Additionally, the property managers were very responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous time. ”

Babis was a perfect host - he loaded the fridge with breakfast items, snacks, juices, and waters, and also showed us a map with detailed restaurant descriptions and fun beaches.The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Town was an easy 10 minute walk and popular beaches were about 10-25 minutes away by car (if staying on the North side of the island.) “Great stay at the Windmill. The location is picturesque and overlooks the entire port. For those where views are king, this is the place for you. The service was amazing and check in was very easy. The host was knowledgeable and gave me some great recommendations as to where to go. Upon entering the room, it was very modern but had some stains on the sheets from previous stays and some hair on the floor. Not a huge deal breaker but attention to detail is very important.
