“We were traveling into the area to attend the Virginia Tech commencement ceremonies. This was a fantastic find. Close enough to attend the events, but far enough to avoid the congestion in Blacksburg during this busy time of the year. When our usual dog sitter was unavailable, this allowed us to bring them along with us and they settled right in as well. We loved everything about the location and would highly recommend it to anyone considering traveling to the area. ”

“This place is very relaxing. It is completely void of the usual traffic sounds and people from the houses around me. If you want a secluded trip, this is the trip for you. We saw deer everyday, multiple times a day while we were there. We were lucky enough to even see a bear. The creek was my favorite part. I definitely recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time at Dogwood Hollow. The house and property are beautiful. The house has everything you need for a wonderful getaway- games, baby furniture, kayaks, fishing rods, a lending library, every kitchen gadget that you will need and a wonderful children’s loft with a teepee! The house is decorated so nicely. We loved finding the little mouse house pictures. The furniture is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood and the lake are quiet and peaceful.
