“This hotel located on the remote area and you need to drive here. If the hotel is good, it's worth for it. However, there are few points you need to consider if you want to book this hotel.
(1) No bottled water provide
(2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses.
(3) If you ask questions to front desk, they try to avoid listening because it is English.
(4) The time slot of spa is very limited

“Everything was great, and the service was nice. However, the private hot spring couldn’t be reserved in advance, so we had to wait until checkout to see if it was available. Also, there was no shuttle bus, which isn’t convenient for someone traveling on foot, especially on a rainy day.”
“Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. ”
