“I really enjoyed the staff and they were super helpful. The price was good as well. I had a great time doing their 12 step challenge, and if others have time/days to do it, they should because it will allow travelers to get to know other travelers or even the staff.”

“No wifi, no replacement of shampoo, there's rubbish on the floor after cleaning. After telling them to fill up the shampoo and iron, nothing happen. The taxi driver cannot locate the hotel even with the map given. The only positive part is the breakfast, excellent taste and healthy diet.”

“The room is cozy, very neat and tidy. The hotel staffs are courteous. However, they should better organise their hotel shuttle bus service. It stated clearly that they have a fix schedule of picking up the hotel guest at CentralWorld Shopping Centre. I was waited for half an hour at the mall for their shuttle bus to the hotel, eventually no bus arrived. I made my own transport to the hotel. I asked the concierge staff how come there was no bus pick me up at the mall according to the schedule.……

“Had everything we needed, easy to park, clean bed, BTS at the end of the block. Food carts just outside the hotel, market close by. Rating excellent because of value for the room rate.”

“This property is more upscale than I expected. The rooftop restaurant is very nice too with panoramic views of Mandalay. I made friends with the owner too, he is a very warm and welcoming gentleman.”
