“The house is exactly as advertised. It is well stocked and it’s clear the host has put a lot of thought into making the house comfortable for folks. Host was also very quick to respond. Chestertown is lovely and this house is in the perfect location. Will stay here again! ”

They had snacks in the kitchen for our arrival which was a nice touch. House is decorated nicely. The central A/C and window units in the bedroom keep the whole house as cool as you need. “We had a fabulous time at this location. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Holly and Nash were very responsive and accommodating to us, even to go as far as ordering something for my baby to use at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many things to do and not even have to leave, fire pit, hot tub, games, pool table plus and amazing master shower!!! We will definitely come back next year. ”

Location is quiet, and close for trips to Annapolis and DC.Only issue was no action to complaints about shower not draining (my husband addressed), and kitchen water filter beeping for change filter indication, though I found in the manual that it was a warning, not change filter "now".”
