The garden was brilliant, kids had a ball and with a swing and slide set delivered on the day we arrived, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The location is ideal and the views are incredible. “This was a lovely spot. The accomodation was basic but really all that is needed. We did not have any hot water for all our stay however. We called (no answer) and left a message (no reply). This was a bit disappointing. The bunk beds look practical but with one person on the bottom bunk and one on the top sleep was hard as everytime one of us moved the bed would creek and wobble. ”

Only 2mins drive to Rathmullan centre and handily located for the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballymastocker Beach, Portsalon, Fanad and general touring of Donegal. We will definitely be back.”

“This house was a great base for our family trip to Donegal. The large travel cot & high chair came in very handy. It was cosy and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. and there was plenty of room for us all to eat and sit together. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Killahoey beach or into Dunfanaghy. We all agreed it was a winner. Only complaint was it seemed like a few small repairs are needed - one of the windows and one of the showers.”

“The cottage was perfect, in a gorgeous area of wild Donegal. Easy walk to a couple of small beaches. Nice shop and pub a few minutes car ride away. The house was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. Anne had let us know that there was a sudden problem with the central heat, and the work needed to be done to fix it would have had the plumber there during our stay, and she didn’t want us bothered. The house was warm enough, and we made a fire in the evenings in the wood stove. Anne actually……
