“Very charming and well cared for boutique hotel with a nice Spa - able to book for an hour (so never crowded). Beautiful patio, and terrace with our room. Had a very comfortable 4 night stay. Went skiing and hiking- lots of options. For dining and shopping just check opening days/hours. ”

“I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Les Houches Chamonix and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located in the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, just a short walk from the Bellevue cable car. The rooms were bright and clean, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room, which offered a lovely view of the surrounding area. The buffet breakfast was a nice start to the day, with a good variety of options. “Nouvel établissement, le plan B a un emplacement idéal a St Gervais. Les parties communes sont tres chaleureuses, ambiance conviviale. J’ai testé le dortoir, plutôt bien fait et propre avec casiers pour chaque voyageur. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Un bemol sur le service restauration / bar : plus rien à manger à 21h15 au bar et resto et le matin, pas de barman pour servir le petit dej pourtant proposé au bar. ”

Soucis de chaudière qui a rendue l’âme en fin de séjour mais solution trouvée pour le chauffage et proposition de douche ailleurs et compensation à la fin sur la note . “Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. Tracé sur et dans les toilettes et dans la baignoire. Le……
