The gourmet kitchen features two separate cooking stations with high-end stainless steel appliances; a Thermador 6-burner propane range with double oven, a Wolf electric cooktop, a full size Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer, built-in warming drawers, a built-in Miele coffee/espresso machine, 3 dishwashers and built-in refrigerator drawers! Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties or events without requesting special permission from the owners pre-check-in.
