“We have a great stay at Riverton Estates. The location was perfect for our needs. It was a wonderful place to relax after long days. Nice to have a patio to sit out on. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Jerry was a gracious host and answered any questions we had.”

“It was a wonderful price for a really nice place! It has three great size bedrooms, the top loft is really cool. The kitchen and living room area is small but clean and modern and nicely decorated. The host has excellent communication. I would definitely rebook in the future. ”

“The split air conditioner/heat did a good job. Kitchen was clean, missing some things like foil or wrap to store food. We had to buy detergent to clean our clothes. Lighting was good in all rooms, hall and outside. Could use a little more lighting when parking out back. Location amazing! House adorable and like all old houses little chilly but blankets and heat helped. Loved my stay. ”

“The house was perfect for us! It had all the basics in spades. The beds were comfortable. Lots of space for visiting family. We cooked some. Laundry was handy. Plenty of hot water. Clean. Although near the freeway, the house is set back and was quiet. Off street parking for us and one other. Lovely, quiet neighborhood for walking. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. The space itself was updated and very clean, with tv's in each room and comfortable beds (and very nice towels!). We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside at the end of the day, as well. I……

“We had a great stay!! Mt Airy is a friendly walkable town! Our daughter lives several streets away and it worked out perfectly. It was quiet at night, so we had no problem sleeping. We did drive into City Center and we went to several museums. The unit itself is warm and welcoming with lots of windows!! The patio off the dinning area was relaxing!We definitely plan on returning, most likely in the spring!”
