“We had the most amazing three nights stay at this unique and beautiful apartment perched above a boathouse near Portofino. The place was perfect for a group of six- spacious, comfortable and full of character. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the million dollar view of the Liberian Sea with boats and yachts passing by and the hand painted walls. “Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.”

“Great location, right in downtown of Genoa, close to everything. I did feel there were too many things to fill out at the beginning but it was worth it at the end. Clean and with well written instructions for everything. ”

Les indications de Michele sont très claires, il communique parfaitement sur whatsap et nous a donné plein de renseignement sur ce qu'il faut voir dans la région, comment y aller, ses bonnes adresses restaurant... son huile d'olive est excellente et on en a rapporté dans nos bagages. La route est effectivement étroite mais on s'habitue……

As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). "This is not the room that I booked. Hotel’s staff upgrade me to an 4th floor apartment by the side of the hotel. The room is lovely and Italy style. However the bed is very soft and there is so noisy at night (a bar nearby open to 2am). The apartment have lift that I don’t need to take my luggage climbing up."
