“Emiliano was a wonderful Host! Walked us around the property so we knew how to operate the gate and where the laundry was. He even helped with our luggage! The location is a little bit out of town but SO WORTH IT! There’s a restaurant and grocery within walking distance. The apartment was clean, bright, and inviting. Everything we needed was there, including extra towels and a clothes rack on the balcony. Would absolutely go out of my way to stay again! Thanks Emiliano!”

“The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were……

Encontramos todo limpio, aunque se olvidaron de barrer o aspirar el suelo. Y si no pongo 5 estrellas es porque hubiera deseado que fuera un poco más acogedor y no haber tenido frío dentro del piso. Al llegar pedimos que subieran un grado el termoestato (a 23•C) y lo hicieron por un rato, pero luego lo volvieron a apagar y el segundo día seguía sintiéndose frio……

“Loved this hotel. Stayed here to start a Camino from Vigo. It's a bit out of the way and not quite the Camino vibe. Nonetheless, a great hotel and worth it. We used the spa. The hydrotherapy pool was much better than expected. It was excellent! All in all a great stay. The only negative I can think of was it was kind of expensive to take the taxi to and from the hotel. Vigo does not use Ubers. if you stay here, you must use the spa.”
