“Hotel was originally the home of the owner of the porcelain factory. Built in 1870.
Absolutely beautiful hotel.
We had a superior room which came with a kitchenette. Coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There is a small market about a 10 minute walk, and a larger market about a 15 minute drive.
Overall, a fantastic hotel!!!!”

“We loved our stay at Fonclaire. The tent was well equipped, the facilities always clean and tidy. The play park and pool were perfect. And the site attracts others like us so the kids all played together in the middle of the field. It was really lovely and we will be back! ”

De advertentie gaf geen huisnummer. Wij hebben aangeklopt bij het enige huis in deze straat. Dit huis leek onbewoond.(stoffig en vuil)
Ik heb rondgevraagd of er een gîte in de buurt was, maar niemand wist ergens van. Van de "eigenaar" heb ik nooit een telefoonnummer gekregen, hoewel ik daar expliciet om gevraagd heb. Gelukkig hebben we na lang zoeken een chambre d'hôte gevonden 20 km verderop, maar mijn geld ben ik kwijt...”

“Our stay at Louise and James‘ gite was a fantastic retreat for the whole family. Everybody got their favorites: the kids enjoyed slashing in the beautiful pool, which had a superb lounge area alongside for the parents to relax and enjoy the bbq.
Thx to Louise‘s tips we discovered the beautiful city of Limoges, lakes for swimming around the corner and went on hiking tours. The area seems rural, but there is so much to do and see.
Overall we have been blessed coming here and having found this……

“The property is set in a lovely hamlet where you can leave the doors and windows open all night with no worries. Both pools are excellent and regularly maintained by the host. There is everything you need provided in the well appointed kitchen. Yann is friendly and on hand to help when/if needed. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a relaxing time.”

“We enjoyed an amazing holiday with family at this fabulous property situated in the very peaceful town of Saint-Sylvestre. The property benefits from being on a incredible plot of land and perfectly located next to village sports courts such as tennis, small football pitch and playground which meant it was perfect for our two lively boys. The garden is huge and the heated pool is very inviting and they is cooler shaded space outside to enjoy some time out of the sun. The house is well equipped……

“Its a lovely family run hotel, the owner has excellant customer service skills and all of the staff make the effort to make you feel like a valued customer. Yes aspects of the rooms could do with a refresh butit is easy to overlook that. The food was very good and good value for money. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there and when the owner realised they arranged for her dessert to be brought out with an candle in it and Happy Birthday written in chocolate!”
