“到瑞华酒店有礼宾在门口为我开车门帮我拿行李，前台的同事办理入住也很理想，准备退房时在电梯间看到了瑞华天使Lydia在向我问好，笑容自信大方，我要去前台拿停车券，她主动帮我照看了行李，非常热心友好，我问她武汉有哪些好玩的地方，她也都帮我解答，不是特别清楚的地方还专门去问询同事只为给我完美的答案！服务真的很尽职尽责！”

“Pretty nice room with fair price. Clean and cozy with excellent bathtub and shower room. Nice service with well manner attitude , 30 mins drive distance to airport. A mall and some restaurants nearby. It offered delay checkout for me so I can go airport directly after checkout at 2pm. Enjoy my one night stay very much there.”
