“The location is great but the condo is a bit tired. The TV set-up is out of the 1990's. There were no instructions on how to use the TV or the fireplace and I had to have maintenance come figure it out. The heating system is loud and outdated. The condo generally needs to be updated. ”

“Everything is just as advertised. Would be helpful to have written instructions for both TVs. The one upstairs in the king room was inoperative. Was unable to light The fireplace because nothing to light with. Enjoyed the river in the back and furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the entire downtown area. ”

“Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out. ”

“Outdated and basic but cozy and convenient. Appliances are old but functional. The floor of the upstairs unit is super squeaky and you can hear every step of the people occupying it.”
