Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was not what I expected after reviewing reviews before booking. Bathroom toilet has urine droppings on the rim and one of the beds had hair on top of the comforter. Mattress need to be replaced. There was an expected $100 deposit required at the front desk, which I never saw when booking the room, and then when checking out, the girl behind the counter seemed to have trouble getting my deposit back to me. Will not book this hotel again if in the Blue Ash/Cincinnati area again.

Everything was fine except my air conditioner did not work. The staff solution was to unplug it. I woke up cold and could not get heat causing me to wake up with a sore throat and ear ache

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and had everything I'd like in a room when staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of space to work and charge devices. Good wifi (free). The bed was comfy, as was the furniture in the room. Plenty of hot water too. The building is an older building, but the room itself didn't feel old. I would stay here again when I return to Blue Ash.

The room was clean and comfortable, but it didn’t have a full length mirror. Also, there were no USB ports, which by now should be in every hotel room. The front desk was very friendly, and the location was convenient to anywhere in the Cincinnati area, via expressway.

I come to Cincy every year, for more than 15 years, and only stay here. I like the King room because it has an easy chair included, but still space for a decent sized desk and the normal needs of storage space, refrig, etc. Property is always immaculate. Adjustable shower heads gave powerful massage. This year, had time to explore area restaurants and found many within 15 minute drive. Price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The only disappointment was the swimming pool being closed (apparently for a month). It's a solid hotel choice.
