Downtown Skyline View-Cincinnati

Welcome to Cincinnati! This unique home with city views is the ideal stay for travelers to experience all Cincinnati has to offer. This house is about 5 minutes from downtown and located in a quiet up-and-coming walkable area called the Incline :) The home is within walking distance to an amazing local coffee shop, a few yummy restaurants with city views, and a small. park with views also! This location is easy access to all things in the Greater Cincinnati area.
The space
The house is in an excellent location!

~5 Minutes Walking: The walkable and quiet Incline neighborhood with restaurants like the notable Primavista, Incline Public House, and BLOC Coffee!

~5 Minutes Driving: Downtown Cincinnati (ICON music stadium, the Reds Ballpark + Bengals Stadium + FC Cincinnati Stadium, the restaurants and nightlife at The Banks, OTR).

~10 Minutes Driving: Newport KY, Covington KY, University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University

~15 Minutes Driving: the CVG airport!

Cincinnati Skyline

The main floor and the view were great. The basement looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while as there were wire worms (dead and alive) all over the floor, which was where my daughter and her husband slept. The third floor upstairs didn't have much privacy as there were no blinds on any of the windows. Two of my children (age 26 and 32) didn't want to climb into bunk beds so used the room on the 3rd floor.

Great location, property and check in off point.

Host were late providing check in instructions and said error with VRBO. Phone number on listing is not to the current host. We booked this to use the patios to grill and use fire pit called out in listing. We’re told day off that due to liability issues, we were not allowed to use grill and fire pit. Pictures did not match listing, bottom deck is overgrown with plants and weeds. Cleanliness felt rush for our arrival and multiple stains on carpet throughout the house.

Overlooking Cincinnati Skyline!

Location is easy to get to downtown Cincinnati. Beautiful skyline view. Easy communication with property owner. Plenty of room for family gathering of 10. Will stay again.
