Not Hilton Quality – Do Better
As a Hilton Honors member, this stay was a huge letdown. I had to call the front desk three times before anyone answered. When I finally checked in, the room was dirty—trash in the bin, crumbs on the floor, stained carpet, gnats flying around. TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work, and I was told to bring my laptop downstairs to connect. Seriously?
Customer service was just as bad. When I called for toothpaste, the front desk woman answered like I’d called her personal phone and made me feel like a burden for asking.
This place is rundown and unprofessional. I was traveling solo for a funeral and deserved a clean, safe, and respectful environment. Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this building. I’ll be contacting corporate.
Skip this hotel. Not worth your money or stress.
