I’m writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel. We had booked two rooms for two nights, expecting the level of comfort, safety, and reliability that Hampton Inn is known for. Unfortunately, our experience was far below acceptable standards and caused significant stress and inconvenience to our family.
First room: Upon arrival, we discovered that the air conditioning unit had been completely taken apart, with exposed electrical wires left on the floor and table. After a long day of travel, it was extremely frustrating and concerning to walk into such an unsafe and unprepared room.
Second Room: The second room had no hot water at all, and to make matters worse, the in-room phone was nonfunctional, leaving us unable to reach the front desk directly. With no available rooms to move to, our elderly parents were left waiting in the lobby for nearly an hour while the staff tried to find a solution.
This experience was not just inconvenient — it was exhausting, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. We chose Hampton Inn expecting a clean, functional, and restful stay, but instead had to deal with unsafe conditions, lack of basic amenities, and major disruptions to our plans.
