We chose this hotel to be close to the ballpark and it was a 10-15 minute walk, which was great. Lots of things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel, so it was nice to just leave the car with the valet and forget about it. The staff was pleasant, the complimentary brunch was plentiful and hot. Our only hitch was at check in: got there at 4:00 (check in is at 3:00) and our room wasn’t ready. When we headed to the ballpark at 5:30, still didn’t have a room, so we left our bags behind the desk and completed checking in after the game. Guess they weren’t prepared for the big weekend.

The hotel is a redone ancient newspaper building, so that. A good hot breakfasy.is cool. Staff were helpful and pleasant. It’s right downtown & walking distance to a lot, plus there's the downtown, free trolley. A good, hot breakfast is free. One thing -' parking is limited, so you will almostceryainly have to use their valet parking. There are some parking garages nearby you cancheck out.

The room/property had bedbugs in the llobby and the room. My friend got one on her stuff and we found them on the tile in the room and the bed. Disgusting. Checked out immediately.

This hotel was downtown in an older building joining with another hotel. Was in excellent condition and the suite was wonderful. Elevators fast, Room key required on elevator to take you to your floor. Love that extra layer of security. And was walkable to Paycor stadium. Will definitely stay here next time to Cincy.

Great downtown location and really nice staff. The free breakfast was excellent and had great variety. What stood out most were two delightful and kind staff working at the breakfast station every morning with the best attitude, starting guests' days off on a bright note.

Two room changes on check-in — (1) a dirty toilet and a non-working telephone in the first room and then (2) a bug inside one of the drawers for the second room. Third room was better, but had to call for towels during a 5-day stay. Staff was all very pleasant. Though not as attentive as we expected.

Great, comfortable room, with very helpful staff. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sink in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned very well (rest of the room was spotless), and the Hilton Honors app wouldn't recognize my room (so couldn't use app to unlock door). When we arrived, we initially tried to park in the parking garage we parked, and then quickly realized all the elevators were disabled so we had to walk our luggage down into the hotel. Next, we got the car in validated. Then we went and checked in, went upstairs to our room to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. Went to use the phone to call the staff. The phone did not work. Finally sent us a text message to the front desk and they move us to a new room. Got into the new open the drawer to put away clothing and there was a roach in the drawer. Next called and again they moved us to a different room. Then the next day housekeeping never came had to call for housekeeping. Today we left our room housekeeping came in. They laid the trash bags on the trash cans for us to put the trash bags in. And did not take the used towels. I’ve stayed in Hilton properties before, but this is unacceptable.
