Whether you are here for pleasure or business you will find this NEW construction, a two bed, two bath condo in a great location. The condo sits adjacent to the newly remodeled Court Street Plaza where something is always happening. The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs, GE stainless steel appliances, and quartz counters. Kroger's Supermarket is a short 2-minute walk away. This is the perfect kitchen to cook your favorite meals in.

Don’t feel like cooking? No problem, WALK to your favorite restaurants and bars, or catch the Cincinnati Bell’s Streetcar.

* Northbound Station #5 at Court and Main for quick access to OTR and Findlay market.  

The unit has beautiful, exposed brick, hardwood floors, sun-filled rooms with soaring ceilings providing ample natural light, an open inviting floor plan, and custom lighting, and hardwood floors throughout the unit.

PARKING: located a block away (2 min walk) at the Kroger's flagship supermarket is accessible by a parking pass which will be provided. There will be a $100 fee for a lost parking pass.

NO PETS: any evidence WILL result in additional cleaning fees.

NO SMOKING: any evidence WILL result in additional cleaning fees

EXCESSIVE NOISE or PARTYING: The units in the condo building is a mix of residential and rental units, so please be respectful of residents and other guests. If there are any reports of noise from other tenants, we will ask you to leave WITHOUT a refund and NO second chances. Only the registered guests (6 max including children) are allowed in the condominium. No guest are allowed during your stay. All guests must be registered on the VRBO website and the main booking guest must be 25 and older.

family reunion crash pad

We had a wonderful time at this property, which served as "home base" for a family reunion. It was close to everything downtown, as we attended a Reds' game and events on Fountain Square. Excellent communication from the owners. We appreciated the well-supplied kitchen and availability of off-street parking in a garage. Highly recommend!

Perfect Rendezvous Location and Terrific Owners

We met friends in Cincinnati (a half-way point for both) for several days and were looking for a comfortable and cozy place for two couples to hang out as well as be close to lots of great Cincinnati amenities. This two bedroom/two bath condo was absolutely perfect! The location is terrific--walking distance to everything, the place itself is very clean, well-stocked and comfortable, it is within one block of a Kroger for any last minute needs, and the owners are incredibly responsive and the kindest people we have ever interacted with on VRBO! We had a terrific stay--walking all over the OTR and the downtown region as well as going to a Reds game. There are so many great restaurants and things to see in the area we could have stayed weeks.We would highly recommend this VRBO and hope to meet our friends there again soon!

Four-day three-night trip to Cincinnati with my wife and another couple

The condo was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and had all the things needed for a stay down to coffee filters, and extra coffee (which I appreciate). The condo is centrally located with the streetcar system which is handy to get around town and very simple process to use and it is free.There are many restaurants and bars in walking distance from the condo which is really nice. And a Kroger is across the street which is very convenient.Ralph our host was super responsive and was also helpful in helping us find a local restaurant.All in all, an excellent experience!

A weekend away

This 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for my wife and me and could have easily accommodated another couple. There is a complete kitchen and a second full bath. It was immaculately clean. The location was ideal as it was in walking distance of the church and reception site of a family wedding.

Reds/Cubs Game

The condo was just perfect for a Reds game. We were able to walk to the stadium in minutes. The condo is very well appointed. Everything is labeled which is sho helpful when staying somewhere new. It was very clean and comfortable. The host has lots of information for local eats and events as well. Would stay here again for sure!!

Well located, chic, updated, quiet, clean and well amenitized

This is a 2 bdm apartment with bdms on opposite ends of the unit for private. Each Bdm has a full bathroom and the kitchen is well amenitized. It’s in in a fantastic location near restaurants, groceries, freeways, the amazing river district and museums.

As Advertised!

We had a wonderful two night stay. We chose this location since it was close to GABP. It's very walkable if that's your thing or there are free streetcars nearby that take you right up to the ballpark if you prefer to ride. Very convenient. On day 2, we went to Kings Island, which is an easy 25-30 minute drive away. The unit was clean, updated, and very quiet. We couldn't believe that we didn't hear any other tenants walking around or talking, and street noise was at a minimum outside of the (very) occasional siren. The hosts are very communicative and helpful. Instructions were clear, check-in was smooth, and everything in the condo is helpfully labelled. No complaints at all and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Book with confidence!

Cincinnati trip

We had a great stay in this unit. There was plenty of room for 2 couples. As mentioned by others, the Kroger is at the end of the block. The free connector is a little over a block away and will take you to the riverside area and the ballpark. We actually walked to and from the ballpark and it took between 10 and 15 minutes. There is a restaurant next door and a deli about 1/2 block. We did not eat at either but heard that the food was very good. We also went to the ARK Encounter and Creation Museum that were less than hour away by car. The free parking was a plus. We had an issue with the AC but Ralph immediately took care of it. We definitely would recommend this unit.

Grat place, great location, amazing hosts

My husband, myself, and our two kids 13 and 17 stayed three nights. We have zero complaints. It was in a great area, walking distance to so many things and super close to the connector. We were worrie about parking in a garage but it was seamless. You'd be crazy not to book this place!

A baseball trip

Do not miss this property! Located near the OTR district this beautiful condo is everything I wanted for my first VRBO experience. From the moment I walked through the entrance I was entranced by the charm of the building and pleasantly surprised at its quiet. While staying there I never heard another person nor any street noise. There is plenty of room in the walk in closets. The bathrooms are immaculate and I LOVED the shower. Everything is labeled so finding a certain light switch was easy. The absolute topper is that it comes with parking. I mean COME ON that is not common. The parking garage is very close by to park your vehicle. If you need something there’s a Kroger down the block. The ball parks are a 20 minute walk or you can take the connector and be there in minutes. Listen I could just go on and on; just do yourself a favor and book this property. I know I’ll be back for sure.

Birthday trip

Location was perfect. We had tickets to a Reds game and it was a snap getting to the ballpark. We were within walking distance to most everything we had planned. The connector was right around the corner for anything we didn’t want to walk to. The unit is very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The condo was very clean, and very easy to access. We parked our car and walked everywhere we needed to go throughout cincinnati. Ralph was awesome with communication and was very accommodating. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Great Property-Great Host

Very clean and modern property. Conveniently located close to everything. The Host was incredible and took great care to stay in contact with us. Parking is close and very nice. We drove a full size Expedition and parking was easy. Will definitely book this property again.

Great Stay and Loved the Area!

Everything in the condo was amazing! Everything I want in vrbo. Very clean. Very easy to get in and felt very secure. Everything was labeled nicely. We were happy with the extra bedding and towel for the pull out bed. I loved the area of the condo. A lot shops and restaurants near by.
