There was trash all around the property and the outside building was run down. Room was nasty. My wife said something jumped on her but we couldnt find anything. They gave us 2 towels. The shower had mold in it. I found 2 bed bugs in the sheets when we woke up. I told the staff the room had bugs and their only response was "okay" they wernt shocked or anything. I wish I read the reviews on Google because expedia reviews were greatly misleading!

There was cigarettes and food in the sink. Walked in and could smell cigarettes looked around and in the livingroom sink was not cleaned from lasy guest. Microwave also. Went straight to front desk. Signed a paper I would not smoke in the room before check in. Front desk was busy and did offer me to not accept the room. But it was who is going to clean the room talk between employees. Sold Out night no other rooms since the hotel is near Kings Island. .

Food splattered on the fridge door, sink dirty. French fries and dirty napkins or tissue under the couch, electrical outlet broken and wires exposed, bathroom was disgusting. Was told we would get our money back to call the next day and when we did the lady said that we weren't getting our money back or are deposit and Hung up on us twice. we didn't even stay in the room! Found a syringe near the front door in the landscape area with roach repellent in it. The entire place was just old looking and disgusting and they need to fire housekeeping and front desk has a disgusting way of dealing with customers!

The whole room was dirty! It was 88° in the room when we arrived and it took 3 hours for it to cool down enough to be tolerable! The beds were very uncomfortable. All of the side doors didn’t work, so you have to walk all the way around to the front to get back inside. There were a bunch of teenagers on our floor who were yelling and carrying on until 3am! The phone in the room didn’t work. The mini fridge was disgustingly dirty. When I told the front desk clerk at checkout I was basically blown off…. No apology or offer to make anything right… I know it was a cheap hotel but still….

First room had roaches. Then girl and I mean young girl working the desk was terrible handling the situation. Could barely understand me. Didn’t apologize or try to accommodate anything. All she did was offer maintenance to spray the room down. She said no other rooms were available. 10 min later she comes to my room and tells me they are moving me to another room. Second room had roaches too. Walls were dirty, bathrooms gross, nothing was clean in either rooms. I understand low price places aren’t the best but never in my life have I had an issue. This was outright disgusting and poorly handled.

Price is alright. Property definitely needs a good cleaning and not just a wipe down. Some guests complained about bugs, but didnt say what kind. We had ants in our room on the fourth floor, but no signs of anything else. Only one towel set in room. However when we asked for 2 more towels it wasnt a problem, but i do feel that they should have at least 2 sets already in room. Tub/shower needs new caulking and possible new surround. They used to offer breakfast at least on the weekends (Saturday/Sunday), but didnt have anything out so not sure if they discontinued this or not from the past 2 years of staying there, but they really should at least offer coffee since the coffee "pots" in room are single use. They have been supposedly remodeling for the past 2 years that we have stayed here, but I havent notices any real improvements, and feel that its minimally being taken care of.

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever thought about staying in. I booked as part of a package to visit Cincinnati for the weekend for a family party. I went to check in at 3pm and was informed that the person who cleans doesn’t even show up until 6pm to START cleaning the rooms! Clerk was rude and trash was strewn all about. I ran out of there! Still waiting for my refund. This place needs to be condemned.
