Initial impression of the hotel was that it was shabby, deserted and run down. Arrived at hotel to check in around 5pm and was told that my reservation had been cancelled because the card on file for booking had already been ran prior to my arrival and they were not able to charge my arrival. When I asked for the reservation to be reinstated they insisted they would not do and proceeded to offer me the same/similar style room for double the price that I booked it for.

The room was fine, the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there were people talking in the halls and going in and out of rooms all night which made our dogs bark and we didn't get much sleep. Not sure why so much activity but the last group we heard was at 3:45 and we needed to get up at 5:45 to get back on the road so it wasn't really a restful time for us.

My daughter fell the first night walking in because the rain made it so slick on their walk way and there was no warning signs. Then, it was so loud and noisy the entire time, we got ZERO sleep. Even after asking staff to ask the room above us to please stop stomping at 2 am, it never stopped. It was miserable!

Our first room did not have a functioning shower. Our second room smelled like dirty socks. Consistent weed smell in the hallways. The free breakfast they should pay you to eat. This is the worst hotel I ah e stayed at in 15 years of travel. Avoid if at all possible.

It was me and my fiance and 2 kids my daughter and son that are ages 8 and 10 and we had a air mattress for 1 of my kids to sleep on and the people at the hotel was making stuff up telling us we had to get 2 rooms that we couldn't use a air mattress for 1 of the kids to sleep on a brother and sister can't sleep in the same bed and cause we was using a electric skillet to cook on in the room there ain't no signs that saying you can't cook in the room and had to pay $100.00 deposit and they wouldn't give it back when we left today

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the entire place was very clean. I especially loved how quiet it was, making it easy to relax. The shower was amazing, and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was decent, though I do wish they had a waffle maker and a pool. Overall, my experience was great, and I will definitely be booking again!
