“Room was clean and comfortable. Young lady Nora at front desk was wonderful - very friendly and beyond helpful.
But, typical of Tru - lack of storage space if you were to be there beyond a couple of days.”
“It was extremely comfortable but I found the staff at the breakfast bar extremely rude. They yelled at customers for being in the way and when one guy was getting waffle batter, they actually yellled at him that they were refilling it. Very unfriendly. ”
“Loved the Kirkwood Inn! Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and beds very clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was outstanding and delicious. Nice selection of pastries, fruit and the hot breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes. Coffee, juice etc. was available too. Located in Mason it was easy to get to Kings Island as well as Lebanon and the Golden Lamb. Great stay for the money!!!

“Indoor pool was nice for the kids, location is good, lots of food options and stores close by. The WiFi wasn’t the best, vending machines really didn’t work. Staff was quick to resolve any issues we had”
