“Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises. It was a good……

“The property was exactly as pictured and described. The suite was IMMACULATE! New Richmond is a small, quaint town but offers multiple eating and entertainment options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in New Richmond and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. ”

“We stayed for a few days while we visited Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The property was in a great location. We were less than 15 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo, Aquarium, and the hospital. I was very happy to have a driveway off the road to park in.The space was very clean and offered a stocked kitchen and an open living room for our kids to play and crawl around. The kids were able to have their own room and I was able to work from the built-in office. We will be returning to this property……

“The Rookwood was the perfect location for us in Hyde Park Square. It was away from downtown, but close enough to easily get to the aquarium and other museums with our kids. We enjoyed walking to Awakenings (the coffee shop) each morning. We loved it :)”

“The space and location were perfect for walking to our son’s home and coffee shop in Hyde Park. If you are a shopper, everything you need is up the street. At first, we were concerned about no driveway parking but always found on street parking without trouble. We stayed a week and would return to this location. The management group responded quickly to any questions I had.”

“We arrived Tuesday evening to discover that unit was without power (through no fault of owner). Communication-with and intervention-from the team was swift and thoughtful and they were able to get power restored by morning. Property is tidy and very well-located making for a convenient and enjoyable stay for our small group (3 adults and small dog). Well recommended and would happily book again on return visit.”

“Two TN Friends came up to visit Cincy and go to Kings Island, we wanted to stay in between and loved this not so little home. Great redo and wonderful pillows and sheets.. Can say we will be staying here again. JD”
