Zum Haus führen nur enge kleine Gassen, daher bleibt das Auto unten, die letzten Meter muss man zu Fuß bewältigen. Dadurch ist es aber wirklich sehr ruhig . Aussergewöhnliche gute Lage. Da es mehr als eine Terasse gibt, kann man die Natur, die Stille und die wunderbare Aussicht genießen. Die Auffahrt zum Haus führt über eine enge, teils steile Straße.
