“It is a lovely villa with a wonderful pool and patio - where we spent quite a bit of our time. Very close to the villa is a restaurant that sells lovely pizzas.”

“This property was a nice stay for 10 days. It was a little drive to the city so prepare to take 20 min Ubers which can be kind of pricey unless you want to take the 1hr train ride to the city. It got kind of loud at night , even with the doors and windows closed but that’s out of the owners control, I know. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the stay. There was lots of space to commune in the kitchen……

“We had a good time with our familiy, walked daily to the beach and cooked in a well equiped kitchen. The shadow of the trees in the garden was highly welcome in the hot August.”

We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli.
