“We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!”

“Stale room, camphor smells, the water from the water tap and in the cistern was blood red with rust. I ran the water for a long time it remained orange. When I told the staff they were indifferent. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said he would have to check with the manager, who he had to call. When i returned to the reception, the receptionist had left the building. Very poor. This hotel should be removed from you listings.”

“Cela fait la 3 -ème ou 4 -ème fois que je séjourne dans cet Hôtel bien situé proche du tramway. En général j'étais satisfait mais pas plus, cette fois j'ai ressenti beaucoup plus, un grand changement à tous les niveaux ,il y a du avoir un changement dans la direction? Dès l'entrée je pense avoir été accueil par le directeur, qui à toute suite demander qu'on m'aide pour mes bagages, grand sourie à l'accueil, chambre prête avant l'heure d'arriver, personnel d'étage prévenant et agréable. “The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.”
