“Very friedly staff”

“泳池太小了,職員每一位都很有禮貌,服務很好,清潔都很好,另外早餐很好吃.電視壞了,雪櫃很難開.但是都夠凍,守風景很美麗,一出門便可以買串燒,又近商場.”

“The location is good to me. Meals are good. Staff members are all very friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Never-the-less, there is a light in the washroom which I don't know how to turn off. This did not bother me because I unscrewed the light bulb in the night. I unscrewed the light bulbs in the closet as well, because I found that these lights won't turn off even the door is closed. I wish to be earth friendly and tried to reduce the waste of energy. On the other side, the light on the desk……

“One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”

“The mechanism in the wifi lock was faulty, the staff insisted that a new key will work. Ended up wasting my time going up and down and wasted my time! Bfast spread was very limited and coffee is terrible!”

“It was a lot less than you expected by looking at the pictures, you can barely find it cause it’s inside a parking lot , small sign and once inside, it is just a corridor with dead ends of both sides. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, aircon was good and staff was polite, when present.”
