“We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were as listed, great host. My granddaughters loved the swing set and slide. It was very clean inside and out. Lots of dishes for eating, plenty of pots and pans and silverware. I would stay here again!”

“We booked this place for our visiting out-of-town family during Thanksgiving. It was primarily used for expanded sleeping, so not a lot of time spent in the home during the day. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and is generally well maintained. It served our purpose during the holidays. Would definitely rent again.”

There were a couple things that were disappointing: - There was a very strong smell of marijuana when we arrived that persisted for the entire duration of the stay (lessened a bit over time, but it ruined our ability to enjoy relaxiing in the home). - The listing advertised central air throughout the entire home, which is innaccurate; there was no air in the third bedroom which was found in the attic (no one was able to sleep there as it was extremely hot). - Not……

“Kicked out of house a few days in to a 2 week stay with no refund, even the neighbor called and vouched for us that there were no issues being cause would not recommend this host they look for the smallest reason to kick you out with no refund so they can get someone else in and maximize profits. ”

“The house was clean, close to shops and the freeway. We were quite comfortable and the house had many amenities that made the stay with my family easy and a great fit. I would suggest some minor upgrades to the cookware and furniture, but overall I really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back again.”

“Property was nice, there were a few minor problems, dog feces in backyard, we could only use shower in master the other one leaked, the dryer did not work and some cosmetic problems in master. However we did like the location and the size of the home, very spacious. We would choose to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.”
