“Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently”

“The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Séjour magnifique !Superbe structure correspondant bien au descriptif...une maison qui a une âme avec de chouettes décorations. L'extérieur est paisible et la piscine est très chouette surtout quand on a des petits-enfants grâce à la pataugeoire.Villa hyper équipée pour grande famille (cuisine, sièges de piscine, linge de maison...).La literie est au top!Propreté impeccable !Peut-être qu'un frigo supplémentaire serait le bienvenu...Nous y reviendrons!”

“Seconda volta che scegliamo di trascorrere alcuni giorni presso questo struttura con la mia compagna. Di questo luogo apprezziamo la cura e il rispetto per l’ospite oltre alla libertà di poter scegliere cosa fare: colazione fronte piscina, partitella a tennis, bagno in piscina serale, relax assoluto in uno dei tanti punti con lettini o amache vista valle, visita ai vicini borghi. Non dispiace avere un ristorante a due passi e un comodo supermercato a 3 minuti d’auto.

“If we had to return to one place in all of Italy, we’d choose Il Tosco. It was absolutely SPECTACULAR! Elena was the most wonderful hostess, providing many recommendations, of which every one was spot on!
The breakfast was out of this world - better than any place we’ve ever stayed. Kitchen was stocked with the most delicious olive oil cake and many other goodies around the living area to enjoy.
