“We had some issues with check-in but Luca was very prompt and helpful. The apartment is extremely clean but the highlight is the restaurant. Excellent food with wine parings that exceeded expectations. ”

“Pros: good location, apartment had kitchen amenities, building had washer/dryer Cons: Loud!!! Could hear people clomping around in apartment above me in the middle of the night. The window in my unit was broken - would not close. I reported it very soon after I arrived. The apartment faced the street and street noise was incredibly loud. I was there on a work trip and had to give a presentation and I didn't sleep in the 3 nights I stayed there. Management couldn't fix the window, couldn't find……

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.”

He was very helpful with the check in process and also recommended some fabulous places to eat that we would never have found on our own. The place was very cute with lots of room and location was walking distance from everywhere. Great view and the best vibes you could ask for on vacation in Vicenza.
