“This home is a little peace of heaven. When we arrived, we parked in the car area, walked up the stone steps through a beautiful arch, and made our way to our apartment. Communication with Paolo was easy, making our arrival delightful. He had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome. Our apartment had a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. A bedside light on the right side of the bed to match the left would have been nice as would slightly more comfortable chairs for sitting and reading, however, having a kitchen table and nice bathroom as well as an operating fridge and microwave were added bonuses during our stay”

The house is extremely well equipped, big tvs everywhere, blazing fast internet. Pots, pans, everything you might need to cook. “My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. “Lovely hill top setting in this restored castle village. The apartment is very pretty, and we enjoyed the pool and a soothing spa treatment. The kitchen is small but has what you need. We cooked several times, and dined out several time. L'Abbazia restaurant was a wonderful dining experience. (Loc. “The house was as described and shown in the images. If you have mobility problems beware the short but relatively steep drive and the 10 or so steps up to the patio and entrance. The weather was pretty hot but the house was naturally cool with thick stone walls. There was an enormous dining table and an adjacent comfortable seating area which strangely had no lighting though we moved a couple of table lamps around so that we could read.
