“I really dislike this hotel, I wish my money back, I had a 7 night and I moved out after 2 terrible nights. Booking very confusing room not the same as required, really was very bad. I took pick of I wish I could share. I was surprised to have fund this place in Expedia ”

“The room was very large. Many windows with insufficient blackout curtains, so prepare to wake up with the sunrise. The room I was given had an incomplete balcony and still under construction. When I asked, the woman said, you booked with Expedia? The first night my door to the balcony was slightly cracked open and I was eaten by bugs. So be careful as the property is near mangroves and golf course. Plan on mosquito repellent. The menu was very good. Diverse and many healthy options. ……

“我們住了４個晚上，住的是雙卧室套房，有陽台（但燈壞的）。 酒店擁有私人沙灘，早餐不錯，工作人員不錯，主人套房的淋浴花洒不能調較房間電力不穩，經常充電不足自動斷電，風桶因房間電力不穩，所以晚晚都濕著頭髮睡。 陽台燈由第一晚入住，與酒店說過後，他說找人來修，都一直沒人修，直到我們住完４個晚上都沒人來修...！ 交通方面，要到任何地方，我們都乘搭的士，因為接駁車的時間實在不適用，每天早上一班，晚上好像９點回來，都是只有一班。 但每天都要經歷塞車，阿治曼區就是早晚都會塞車及比較偏遠。 其他設施良好，渡假會算是不錯的選擇，但如果多活動，最好住近杜拜會較方便。 ”

“Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit in diesem Hotel verbracht, das abseits vom touristischen Trubel Dubais liegt. Die Anlage ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand, gepflegt und ordentlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das stets bemüht war, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Der Service war größtenteils gut, kleinere Schwächen wurden schnell ausgeglichen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht: Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und für den Preis wirklich mehr als in Ordnung.……

“Front desk staff were nice and professional, but good things about the hotel stopped there. 1. Toilet has strong foul smell from the drainage. 2. Bed was too hard to sleep on. 3. Air-con did not work. I tried to work in the room around lunch, I felt nausea and dizzy. The feeling was gone after going outside. 4. Shower water was lake warm during morning peak hours. 5. Bed was made but other necessities were not refilled, such as toilet rolls, towels. I called three times and waited 24 hours to……
