“The apartment is quite nice and clean, the host is very friendly. There are a Number of restaurants and shops (Supermarket, pharmacy, etc.) in 5-10 mins Walking distance. You will find everything you need and the area feels safe as well. The only things you should be aware are: There are only very narrow windows. The couch and the bed are in the same room. Also the host was so kind to provide some free coffee and water.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. The ocean views were amazing, the landscaping was gorgeous, and the aesthetic of the place was very tasteful. “Check in was easy. Read through everything as most questions we had were answered in a few paragraphs they send before arrival. If you are staying anywhere else, use this as your last stop because nothing else will compare. We stayed in a vrbo in San Miguel and a Hostel in Ataco, this was a great way to end our time in El Salvador. The host is very responsive, it is close to everything. WalMart is less than a mile away, the saviour monument is 2 blocks away. Plenty of street vendors if you are……

“It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.
