“This is not a fancy place, but it is clean, has very adequate bedrooms for a big group (we were 8), the kitchen is very functional and the location is fabulous. There is a wonderful Basque restaurant across the street and other restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and other stores thick on the ground nearby. Veronica was easy to deal with, and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Host is super responsive to communication. The vibe of the space is really cool. Most of the furniture is vintage so not super comfy and has signs of wear, which didn’t bother us. Some things to note before booking, the stairs are very steep, the hot water doesn’t last more than 5 minutes, and there is sometimes the smell of sewage in the room, these are things one might expect in a super old building. We enjoyed our stay and would return.”

“Diego was such an amazing host and did everything he could to make sure we had the best stay possible!!! The location was also super accessible and the bus stop is right outside the door. There’s a 24/7 convenient store a few feet away as well so you will always be able to get what you need. Highly recommend!!!”

“Very comfortable place, conveniently located and great amenities. I stayed here with my family (me, my wife, my 9yo and 5yo for a total of 4 people) and the place was perfect.The building and neighbors are good. We felt very safe and the few neighbors we encountered were nice. Never had issues with any neighbor like noise or anything.The host are great too, the few times we needed to contact them they replied quickly and solved our inquiries.We would definitely consider it again for future trips……
