It is a Bungalow with 70 square meters built; located in first class complex with gardens and pool. It is distributed in two bedrooms, one double (with double bed), and another with two single beds. It has a large bathroom. Large living room and kitchen. There is an exclusive garden of the house, 300 meters, with tables, chairs and sunbeds for sunbathing. The house is furnished and perfectly equipped (TV with TDT, sun loungers, crockery, washing machine, fridge, ...). The house does not have air conditioning. The house is very close to the common areas of the urbanization, next to the meadow with swimming pool and 150 meters from the seafront of Cap D'Artrutx. The house is located in a quiet residential area, there are only houses around it. The nearest beach is Calan Bosch which is about 700 meters walk from the house.

L’endroit est chouette et plutôt joli. Mais en avril il fait froid le soir et pas de chauffage et peu d’isolation. Donc ça caille. La douche est bien bouché à régler.

Lovely apartment

We really liked the apartment it was so quiet and peaceful We enjoyed the walk to the harbour. There's the sea front and lighthouse route which takes 25 mins, but a straighter road walk that takes just under 20 mins. The dive school blue water is a 7 minute walk highly recommend There's three supermarkets again 7 minute walk - has everything Two restaurants and I would recommend eating there a couple of times Only thing I would say as pointers If you want a sun trap it's not the garden for you as quite a few trees There's a lovely pool but no sun loungers and we weren't sure if we were allowed to take loungers from the garden to the pool But I'd definitely stay again

Bien mais de nombreux défauts

Points positifs: Piscine, équipements et décoration, grand jardin, calme. Points négatifs: Sol sale à notre arrivée, pas de chaise haute et lit parapluie sans matelas (apportés après demande), placard dans la chambre enfants cassé, pas de sac poubelle ni de poubelle, juste un sceau trop grand pour être stocké sous l'évier, une vieille éponge pour la vaisselle. A peine installés dommage de devoir faire des courses pour équiper la maison. Épicerie juste vinaigre et sel (manque le minimum huile, poivre, sucre). Pas de clim ok mais 2/3 ventilateurs vieux, très bruyants et inefficaces. La porte de la SDB ne ferme pas, SDB vieillotte, pas de savon pour les mains, carrelage de la douche identique au sol de la maison, pas adapté, glissant. Odeur d'égout permanente très désagréable. Eau froide à très faible débit dans la cuisine et débit plus fort bouillant ! Quelqu'un est venu arroser le jardin à 2h du matin !

Belle Minorque!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est sympa ainsi que le jardin et la piscine à 2 pas. Petit bémol sur la capacité de la villa, convient plutôt pour 4 personnes, car le lit pliant supplémentaire (auquel il manque des lattes) est difficile à rajouter dans une chambre. L'emplacement est top pour découvrir cette belle île des Baléares.

Posizione ottima, tranquillità e comfort

Ottima la posizione, la casetta è confortevole, pulita, spazio adeguato anche in 5 persone (in 6 direi no). A 20 minuti a piedi dalla stupenda spiaggia cala’ n bosch, a 5 minuti da market fornito, bar. Unico neo: bagno con lavandino molto piccolo, no bidet e no doccia o rubinetto esterno.

Wunderbar!

Sehr schönes, kleines Häuschen in sehr netter Privatanlage. Super Lage mit dem Meer „um die Ecke“. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und von dort die Insel erkundet. Mal mit dem Mietwagen, mal zu Fuß. Unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Danke an Federico und Manuel und vor allem Heike vor Ort. Top!

Disaster

The owners had forgotten to prepare the rented house, despite all the confirmation emails and exchanges with one of the owners. They were able to get back to me about payment, but not about getting the house ready. I had to wait more than 4 hours for the house to be ready. They had to be called back because the bathroom floor had not been washed. It was confirmed that the house had been cleaned, but after 5 days, the flip-flops I wore were black, with several millimeters of dust stuck to them... All the pots and pans should be thrown in the garbage can, they're unusable, everything sticks. The coffee pot had mold on the inside, and even boiling it in white vinegar didn't get rid of it. The house is very pretty, it's a real shame all this time wasted and the poor quality of the service, even though all the people we spoke to were friendly. If we hadn't called the platform, we'd have gone stupidly to the hotel, even though we tried more than 30 times to reach one of the owners, who refused to take our calls.

Quiet and private.

This place was perfect for the 2 of us. Close to the store for groceries and a short distance to the ocean for a lovely evening stroll and watch the amazing sunset! We used the pool daily and sometimes x2 a day. The x2 BBQ's that was listed was not useable as rusty and full of water. A bit of an ant problem but it was dealt with the same day. It was a treat to have our sheets changed x2 in the 4 weeks we were there and fresh towels. If there was ever a concern, Heike always answered us the same day. A bit difficult with the address finding the place but the taxi driver was able to call and things got clarified. We would definitely go back!

Schönes Haus in gepflegter Anlage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das kleine Haus war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet, inmitten eines Gartens mit immergrünem Baumbestand. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus vielen Häusern mit eigenen Gärten, ringförmig angelegt um einen kleinen Pool. Wir wohnten im inneren Ring mit Blick auf den Pool, den wir auch genutzt haben. Die Anlage wirkte sehr ruhig, was sicher auch daran gelegen hat, dass mehr als die Hälfte der Häuser noch nicht bewohnt war. Das Wetter hätten wir uns etwas stabiler gewünscht. Es war gleichbleibend angenehm warm, und die Wassertemperaturen Ende Mai/Anfang Juni noch erfrischend, aber ausreichend. Man konnte an manchen Tagen keine Tagespläne machen, weil mit Starkregen zu rechnen war. In Cap d/Artrutx gibt es keinen Badestrand, wir sind meist zum Strand in Cala'n Bosc gelaufen (ca. 45 min Fußweg am Meer entlang), der allerdings ab Anfang Juni schon so voll war, dass es kaum vorstellbar ist, hier in der Hauptsaison ein Plätzchen zu finden. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge genossen, haben jeden Abend, den wir am Haus waren, den obligatorischen sunset-walk an der West-Promenade gemacht. Cap d/Artrutx mit dem Leuchtturm ist sehr schön gelegen, aber gastronomisch eine Wüste. Es gibt nur zwei nicht schöne Bars zwischen Supermärkten und ein überteuertes Restaurant am Leuchtturm. Wir sind zum Essen nach Cala 'n Bosc gefahren (ansonsten ein nicht sehr schöner Ort mit vielen Hotels und Rummel).

10 schöne Tage mit Einschränkungen

Der Bungalow liegt in einer netten Wohnanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool, Anfang Mai waren kaum Häuser bewohnt, dadurch sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist gut geschützt durch Hecken und sehr gepflegt, die überdachte Terrasse ist toll zum Sitzen. Der Bungalowan sich ist nett, aber...: Es war sehr muffig (Feuchtigkeit!),dank Dauerlüften wurde es etwas besser. Es gab keine Bettbezüge, nur Laken unter den Decken und die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Dank Waschmaschine haben wir selber für Sauberkeit gesorgt. Auch die Handtücher waren sehr fleckig (waren gewaschen),diese gehören ausgetauscht. Das gesamte Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Auflagen der Liegen und die Gartenstühle stehen anscheinend seit ewiger Zeit bei Wind und Wetter draußen. Sehr positiv: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Helferin klappte perfekt!!! Sehr gut auch, dass Waschmaschine, Backofen und auch ein geräumiges Tiefkühlfach vorhanden ist. Zu Fuß bis zum Hafen zieht es sich,20-25 min muss man einplanen. Trotz der Einschränkungen hatten wir traumhafte 10 Tage auf dieser wunderschönen Insel!!

Peaceful place to stay

We had a lovely 8 days in this bungalow in April. It was very well presented and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a selection of bars and restaurants within a 20 min walk in Cala En Bosch. There is a choice of 3 supermarkets just a 5 minute walk from the complex. By the lighthouse you can watch spectacular sunsets but it can be a little breezy. Everything in the bungalow was in working order and we enjoyed sitting in the private garden. It's a bonus that there are sun loungers too. Because it was April it was a little cool at times but a heater had been provided which we made good use of. The TV is Spanish only but we took an Amazon firestick so we could get news etc in English. The WiFi worked well throughout our stay which I know can be important to families in particular.

Très bien !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Federico. La piscine de la résidence est vraiment juste en face, ce qui a permis aux enfants d'en profiter largement sans que nous soyons toujours avec eux. Il aurait fallu un petit entretien régulier de celle-ci..Les commerces sont assez proches et vous y trouverez tout ce qu'il faut. La villa est fonctionnelle pour une famille de 4 personnes et la literie très confortable. Il ne manquait qu'une cafetière et peut-être 1 ou 2 mugs. La boite à clefs à l'arrivée est pratique. Bref, une bonne adresse !

Aceptable

La casa está muy bien ubicada y tranquila en general salvo por los vecinos en determinados días. Las camas cómodas y el jardín agradable. Le falta algún utensilio y el mantenimiento del mobiliario y algunos enseres no era el adecuado. Hacía calor y los ventiladores estaban en mal estado, lo dijimos y nos cambiaron uno. Estaría bien tener mosquiteras. No vimos en ningún momento a nadie responsable.

Alojamiento en urbanización muy bien cuidada, acigedota, muy tranquila y con piscina maravillosa. La vivienda está genial con todo tipo de comodidades. Hemos pasado una semana en familia como para repetir!

Séjour très agréable

Nous recommandons ce logement très agréable, bien entretenu, avec un jardinet privatif, vue sur la piscine. Proche de très belles plages de l'île, mais nécessite malgré tout un véhicule. Commerces à proximité à pied. Environnement très calme en juin. Le propriétaire, Federico est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils.

Für uns im Mai genau das Richtige

eine in der Architekur zurückhaltende Gesamtanlage, die sich im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen auf Menorca an die Umgebung anpasst. Der einzelstehende, kleine Bungalow verfügte über einen relativ großen Garten, der durch Hecken auch Sichtschutz hatte und sehr gepflegt war. Die Bäume boten ausreichend Schatten, gleichwohl gab es Sonnenplätze. Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet.
