The room is nothing like what was shown in the picture. It was clean but the bed was very low and felt frail. The toilet doesn’t flush properly. The water in the shower takes long to go down. The soap bottle is 3/4 empty. It’s very hard to find the office. However, the room was very clean and the sheets were clean. The hotel didn’t provide any bathing towels nor hand towel, no shampoo, conditioner nor lotion was provided. The staff attitude was excellent. The lobby smells musty and the floor of the downstairs front area is old and smells of dust.

A very cute hotel located on the first floor of a multipurpose building. The staff were warm and friendly and the room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

Buena ubicación.El personal amable.Al hacer la reserva nos incluía el desayuno.El primer día nos lo prepararon pero nos dijeron que la reserva no incluye desayuno.No nos cobraron ese desayuno,pero al día siguiente ya no nos entraba en la reserva.No sabemos si es problema de la app al hacer la reserva. El resto muy bien.El baño huele a humedad,pero será por falta de ventana.Estaba limpio.

Spent one night before a cruise. Location is ideal, halfway ftom the train station to the cruise port. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is basic, but clean with friendly staff.

Cute little place but the entrance is a little confusing. A bit more direction regarding how to get to the hotel itself would be useful for future visitors. Should note it is a doorway in what appears to be a residential building, and the floor to look for the doorway on. The outside just has a sign for the hotel with no suite or floor.

Staff was wonderful and very friendly. The location was fantastic for catching the shuttle to the cruise port. Nice, new bathrooms, but the walls in the sleeping areas could use a refresh. Would definitely stay here again for a future cruise from Rome!

Clean and convenient. Staff were nice and location great. Concern: check-in time is not to get into room, but to do administrative tasks. We had to wait in lobby with all our luggage for another hour after check in to get a room.

If you're going on a cruises and come in a day early this is a perfect place to stay. Close to the port, easy transfer, lots of dining and shopping options. All walkable. Great value.

We really wanted to enjoy this space but upon arrival we were not given the room requested, our lights and A/C didn’t work. The reception was helpful and the issue was resolved quick quickly but we were told there were no other rooms available. Okay…we can live with that. After settling in we went for a lovely dinner only to return to 3-4 teenagers loitering at our entrance, blocking us from entering and using profanity and vulgar language towards us. Once mention of chatting with officers around the corner they left. We waited still for about 10 minutes to ensure they were not around when we entered the door code. It did not feel safe or comforting as there is no staff on site past a certain time. We were to stay again but have since canceled the stay, no money is being refunded…unfortunate but says a lot about us not wanting to stay.

Staff unprofessional. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast was supposed to start at 8. The young woman didn’t start getting things ready until 830. Poor selection of food. Tables on balcony left unwiped. She took lots of smoke/vape breaks and texting on phone. Room had an unpleasant odor and very small.
