“Perfect spot away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get to Rome and Florence. Quiet at night. Beautiful view. Plenty of restaurants near by. Absolutely loved the quiet nights and away from the noise of the city. ”

“Beautiful property, perfect location if you’re taking a cruise like our family. Beach was breathtaking, a short 15 minute walk to the train if you’re interested in going to Rome and good restaurants in the area. The owner was very helpful with setting up an airport transfer and answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. ”

“Siamo state benissimo in questa bella casa! Ho trascorso qui una settimana con mia madre, mia sorella, la mia nipotina di 3 anni e due cagne. La casa è accogliente e spaziosa, con un ampio salotto, due tavoli all'aperto (ombreggiati a seconda dell'orario) e un bellissimo giardino. Le camere (due doppie e una singola) sono comode e pulite. Tre bagni a disposizione (di cui uno interno alla camera doppia) fanno davvero comodo quando si viaggia con bambini...e con mamme non più giovani :) Unico……

“Was traveling for a cruise leaving from the port with my family and found the VRBO as a new listing! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We got lost trying to locate the VRBO and they came to help us find the location and with our luggage. As many places in Italy, there is no elevator so be prepared to go up some stairs. The area was great, very walkable with good food and stores near by. The host also helped us find transportation to the port which is difficult to come by. The……

“Lovely appartment perfecly well equipped in a quiet surrounding close to the sea as well as to the lakes of Bracciano and Bolsena and to numerous etruscan and medieval places harbouring good traditional restaurants. Perfectly suited for family holidays. Constant and helpful support by the owner's family.”

“We were planning to travel to Rome on some days and spend some days at the beach. The apartment is a long way from the station and there was no information about utilities,transport etc as you usually get in a holiday home. I would say that one needs to have a car if you want to go anywhere.”

When you walk up to the first level, there are two sliding glass doors with the most gorgeous view of the sea pulling you in!
