Front desk was GREAT- esp moving me away from current “work area”” Sadly- my exit area was a dump,ground for smokers who do NOT use your provided can- and bottle tops , etc. Also- dumped old ac units around the back of building looked “trashy” Room was fine - tho rim around sink was dirty/ rusty maybe ? Breakfast was enjoyable -& I will DEFF return this august

The staff were excellent. The person who checked me in and switched my room for me twice was gracious and so kind. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The room door lock didn’t work. Maintenance person had to let us into the room and we couldn’t use our key cards. Side doors to the building were open to the public, no key card required so that was a safety concern. The sheets and towels were dirty. Sheets covered in stains. Towels literally had pubic hair. There were two dirty socks, an empty mountain dew bottle, and other miscellaneous trash. Overall, super terrible stay. Stayed only because we checked in late and did not have time to get a refund and go to another hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff was great! They were helpful and friendly! The hotel wasn't as clean as I remember from before when I stayed there and things looked a bit with but overall, it was a decent stay.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed here Terra( probably misspelled) was awesome! Super friendly and The Continental breakfast was pretty awesome too. Quite a few restaurants, fast food options nearby. And a Walmart too - if you are a Walmart shopper for Room was clean

Room and public places were very clean. Indoor pool was okay but not sparkling. Hot coffee and tea on at all times. Staff friendly. Nice and quiet location up on hill. Aldi nearby. Could hear the showers on floor above or next room, a little loud. But I would stay here again, nothing really bad. Comfortable bed and clean room.

Check-in staff was great. Very friendly, helpful. Really appreciated hotel offered 4 a.m. breakfast service on Groundhog Day to accommodate guests going to Gobblers Knob celebration. I did not expect that! And Terra, staff member at breakfast, was very helpful and engaged with guests, particularly our kids. Pool was on the small side but served it's purpose.

So when we got to the property we checked in and then a staff member chased us down the hall because they thought that someone was already in our room. They literally knocked on the door and walked into it to make sure there was no one in it. The remote to the TV had no batteries. The TV was on and all the buttons on it were broken. The shower screamed when it was turned on. Super loud. Like a man yelling. And it kept screaming for 20 minutes. The water pressure was low. Overall I would call this place a low quality inn. The only way it would be worse is if I'd seen hookers in the parkinglot but I didn't see that.

Worth the money except for the night shift staff.

Check in was seamless, Yasmin checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Room was worth the miney, nice tub. Night person Arya was rude and shouldnt be in customer service but i guess thats why hes on night shift. That was our only issue. He really acted stuck up and had a poor attitude. Definitely needs some education in customer service.

If you like sleeping with bugs, this is the place for you! Crawling all over the walls and in the bathroom. We were only here for one night thankfully and survived but I wouldn’t stay there again. Gotta say the staff behind the desk was very nice though and I know the condition of the rooms isn’t their direct fault. Stayed here to be in Punxsutawney for Groundhog Day, it was about 45 minutes from there.
