“Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!”

“Check in, accuracy, cleanliness and communication throughout the whole process were all great. Location felt pretty safe, especially compared to other areas in the city. We used Lyfts mostly to get around - we tried the bus but wouldn't recomend at all (most locals don't use the bus either as we found out). ”

“The neighborhood is a historical district, with a great park across the street. The neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.”

“We walked in + immediately smelled urine. I messaged the host who dropped off 2 sprays on the porch. I sprayed + the smell broke through in no time. I found large pieces of debris on the floor + spots/grime on the walls, counters + floor, some unidentifiable + some looked like blood. There were Raid bug strips hanging from 2 ceiling fixtures. I was shocked to see a message from the host asking that I let him know at the end of our stay where the urine was coming from + that I still give 5 stars.……
