“Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!”

“Spent the weekend here for my birthday with my best friend and god daughter. It was very relaxing. House was beautiful and just as pictured in the listing. The only issue we ran into was that it was very dark outside at night. They did have string lights up however we could not get them to turn on using the timer as instructed. We ended up taking a lightbulb out of one of the lamps and put it in the outside light fixture so that we could see when we used the hot tub. Definitely plan on staying……

“Ww had a lovely, relaxing time at bear pause cabin! Amenities are nice! Very quiet area for relaxing and giving yourself much needed peace of mind from everyday stress. The weather wasn't the best when we were there, but we still got in some fishing time and walks on trails. Also went to different small towns for day trips and went to museums, parks and antique shops! C.J. was wonderful and helpful with our stay at bear pause cabin!”

“Beautiful spot! Great hot tub. Went on the paddle boat and zip line, talked to a very cute pig. Bring your own water for coffee (there’s a machine with plenty of keurig pods) and drinking. We cooked on the gas grill and used the fire pit each night. There’s a shower but no sink, which was a bit awkward for washing dishes and brushing teeth. Owner might want to install one in or near the shower. Otherwise totally chill, charming, and private. Never met owner, but he communicated well. ”

“This creekside cabin was beautiful and serene. Exactly what we needed for a restful break! Everything was meticulously clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful with a babbling creek and stinocks around my daughter loved climbing on. We delighted in seeing an array of animals and birds. We loved it here and will come back!”

“Really liked the house. Didn't realize it was in a gated community. Easy to find. The QR codes to enter the gate was the only issue, couldn't get them to work. The house suited our needs perfectly ”

“My wife, daughter and her husband and 2 kids stayed here for an extended Mother's Day weekend. The cabin was perfect size and well maintained for a rental property. The nearby lake, playground and community lodge were all great, well maintained, and everyone was very friendly. The only issues were with the roads in the area - many were not in the best shape, and having to drive out of the gate and back in to drop off trash. Neither is the fault of the renter. Communication was great, and all……
