“This home is lovely, and the layout and decor were great for my family. We loved the plants in the yard, the outdoor seating, and the balcony. It has a small fire pit if you bring a fire log. We were able to easily reach the host for any questions we had, and he responded timely manner and was gracious with anything we needed. The area around has a Target and restaurants, and this was a fairly straight shot for us to get to Sutter Health Park. I mentioned this home to my brother for any visitors……

“This was a celebration for my Niece's Birthday. My daughter lives in Sacramento and joined us. This apartment is in a good location, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to good coffee, groceries, restaurants. We spent Monday at Old Town and then short walk to Golden 1 for WWE. This is not a stand alone house. There are three apartments grouped together. It was clean and comfortable. ”

The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs.
