“Breakfast with room is some what wanting, cold cereal out of milk, bit size muffin were good, bread was not looking fresh. No jam or butter old peanut spread. Coffee only to drink, non coffee drinks were left with no options. Rooms were clean and looking updated. ”

“grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee. It's good, tastes like mcdonalds black, and IYKYK, go get some creamer if from the casey's……

“This was overall a great experience. We were in town for a funeral, unfortunately--but our stay was a bright spot due to ease, friendliness and overall professionalism. It really seems like someone has taken a lot of pride in this place and it shows, they should feel proud.”

“We arrived too late at night to go snywhere else. The buildings are falling apart, with old broken furniture outside the rooms. Our room had dried blood in the bathroom and on one of the beds. The door kmob was broken so we pushed a chair against it. Someone came knocking on our door looking for someone else. Its more of place that people rent a room monthly than nightly”
